We help low-income families with poor or no social support systems by providing them respite care while they work towards resolving the crisis at hand. Become an essential pillar of support by volunteering as a respite carer, offering much-needed assistance to children up to 8 years of age in a nurturing family-based setting for a period of up to 90 days. By joining our team, you can make a significant impact on the lives of these young ones, providing them with a safe and caring environment during crucial moments of their development.As a respite carer, you have the opportunity to contribute to their well-being and growth becoming a positive influence in their lives during their formative years.

Eligibility Criteria

28 years old and above
Minimum household income of $3,000 (nett)
Residing in Singapore for at least the next one year
Experience in caring for children
Willing to provide a child-safe environment
Willing to work with the Sanctuary Care Team and other professionals
