If you have made an error or there was unauthorised usage of your credit card, please contact the Community Partnerships Team at 6690 5420 or cp@boystown.org.sg. Boys’ Town reserves all rights to request additional personal and transaction information required to authenticate the refund request.
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to apply a fee for the refund before a refund is effected. Boys’ Town will make the relevant adjustments to the records maintained for tax deduction purposes with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) for the said donation, if applicable.

Yes, Boys’ Town is an approved Institution of a Public Character (IPC). Monetary donations made to our charity are entitled to 2.5 times tax deduction. A tax-deductible receipt will be issued for all qualifying donations.
Please note that in-kind donations are not entitled to tax deduction.
You do not need to declare your donation manually when filing your income tax. The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) will automatically include your deduction based on information submitted by Boys’ Town, provided you have supplied your full NRIC, FIN or UEN at the time of donation.
