Dr Roland Yeow has a Doctorate in Management - Specialisation: Organisational Learning, Development & Non-Profit Management and is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Education Programme.

He is a former resident of Boys’ Town. After leaving Boys’ Town, he went on to further his education at Institute of Technical Education and then at University to achieve a degree in the Engineering field. He worked in the technical and training consultancy sector before returning to Boys’ Town as a youth worker in 2004 and rose up the ranks over the years.

Roland was awarded the SkillsFuture Fellowship 2022 for his contribution in mentoring and leading others in the social service sector.

Dr. Adrienne Sng serves as the Director and Principal Clinical Psychologist, bringing over 25 years of expertise in working with children, youth, and families. She provides strategic leadership across four key clinical services: the Clinical Intervention Centre, Sanctuary Care, YouthReach, and Adventure Centre, which collectively deliver essential care, support, and mentoring within families, schools, and communities.

Dr. Sng holds significant additional portfolios, including Chairman of Internal Audit and Governance, Practice Research Advocate, and Chief Strategic Developer of children and youth mental health programmes. She also oversees critical committees such as the School of Purpose (S.O.P) and Our Milieu Project (OMP).

An esteemed academic, Dr. Sng earned her Doctor of Philosophy (Health) and Master of Clinical Psychology from James Cook University, where she was an academic medal recipient. As an NCSS Social Service Fellow, she contributes her expertise to the NCSS Leadership Selection Panel (SunRay Programme and NCSS Scholarship) and serves on the Board of New Life Community Services.

Trevor graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science in 1987 and worked in the commercial sector for many years before joining the social service sector.

He is the Director responsible for the Community Partnerships and Marketing departments in Boys’ Town. His other portfolios include providing leadership support in the Volunteer Management Committee and the Marketing Committee.

Teck Chye graduated from the National University of Singapore with Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences (Social Work) in 2006. Upon his graduation, Teck Chye has dedicated his whole career working with children and youth.

Currently, Teck Chye is governing the management and operations of our government-funded services, namely Residential and Fostering Services. These services provide care for children and youth in the out-of-home care programmes.

June began her journey with Boys' Town in 2015 as a Human Resources Manager - a pioneering member of a newly established Corporate Services division to restructure internal support systems. In 2019, she became the first Head of Corporate Services and soon afterwards in 2020, took on the responsibilities of an Assistant Director.

She holds a Master of Management (Non-Profit Management) and Bachelor of Art (BA) Honours Degree in Business and Human Resource Management.

Jacob Mark Derek (Mark) oversees Boys Town's four Residential Services units dedicated to the care, protection, and rehabilitation of children and youths ensuring the delivery of holistic care tailored to each service’s profile. Mark holds a Bachelor of Social Work and began his career with Boys’ Town as a Youth Worker in 2016.

Lim Teck Koon is the Senior Manager overseeing Boys’ Town’s four key services—YouthReach, Adventure Centre, Sanctuary Care, and the Clinical Intervention Centre. With 18 years of experience in outdoor education and experiential learning, he leads the strategic development of adventure-based programmes for children and youth.

Beyond his role at Boys’ Town, Teck Koon is the Founder and Chief Educator of Small Change, an environmental and conservation education initiative established in 2017. He is also a certified PADI Open Water SCUBA Instructor, SSI Freediving Instructor, Personal Trainer, and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, and holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering.

Sasikumar oversees the Therapeutic Group Home unit and supports the running of Programmes and Social Work within Boys' Town Residential Services. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Social Work and began his career in the sector as a Youth Worker in 2013.
