Network Infrastructure & Application Support
- Configure and Maintain Network Infrastructure Devices (e.g. Servers, Switches, Access Points, etc.).
- Onboard & Offboard End Users with appropriate rights, privileges and licenses.
- Perform Application & Infrastructure Systems Administration and Optimization.
- Perform Application & Infrastructure Systems Preventative/Predictive Maintenance – Research and Analysis, Pretests, Backups and Patching.
- Perform Application & Infrastructure Systems Corrective Maintenance – Troubleshooting & Diagnosis, System & Data Recovery, Post-Assessment Documentation.
- Monitor and Analyze Application and Infrastructure System behaviors and usage thereof.
Helpdesk Support
- Prioritize, Respond and Resolve Service Requests from End Users in a timely manner in via the existing IT Ticketing system.
- Install, Configure and Maintain IT End-User Devices - Hardware & Software.
- Support requests regarding on-site Surveillance Cameras – Configuration and Extraction.
Administrative and Other Duties
- Manage Departmental Assets and Inventory Documentation.
- Assist with the facilitation of Departmental or Organizational Projects and the management of relevant vendors (if any).
- Assist with the Planning, Strategizing and Implementation of the Technology Roadmap to keep abreast of any current and future trends that may have positive or adverse effects on the organization.
- Provide End User Training and Guidance to colleagues to empower them with relevant ICT skillsets.
- Revise, implement and maintain ICT Procedures, Policies and relevant documentation.
- To provide project and administrative support to the Departmental Head.
- Any other duties assigned.
