This January 2022, staff were invited to incorporate the Organisational Value Proposition (OVP) Statement and/or the three elements of our OVP into a design for the new staff pass holder.
Voting was done for the best design and the winner of the contest was Teo Meijun, our Community Partnerships Executive in Fostering Services!
“I was inspired by the corporate colours of Boys’ Town (white and blue) in creating my design! To me the design had to be classic, simple and formal as it would be on the back of every staff’s pass.
The design must be evergreen too, so HR does not need to keep changing and/or reprinting the card holder.”
Participants were given a token of appreciation for their efforts. Thanks to all participants for their wonderful contributions!
