DR ADRIENNE SNG
Dr. Adrienne Sng serves as the Director and Principal Clinical Psychologist, bringing over 25 years of expertise in working with children, youth, and families. She provides strategic leadership across four key clinical services: the Clinical Intervention Centre, Sanctuary Care, YouthReach, and Adventure Centre, which collectively deliver essential care, support, and mentoring within families, schools, and communities.
Dr. Sng holds significant additional portfolios, including Chairman of Internal Audit and Governance, Practice Research Advocate, and Chief Strategic Developer of children and youth mental health programmes. She also oversees critical committees such as the School of Purpose (S.O.P) and Our Milieu Project (OMP).
An esteemed academic, Dr. Sng earned her Doctor of Philosophy (Health) and Master of Clinical Psychology from James Cook University, where she was an academic medal recipient. As an NCSS Social Service Fellow, she contributes her expertise to the NCSS Leadership Selection Panel (SunRay Programme and NCSS Scholarship) and serves on the Board of New Life Community Services.
