Marketing Collaterals Development
- Support the creation of marketing materials to promote Boys’ Town’s programmes, services, and impact.
- Contribute to content writing, storytelling, and basic design work to effectively communicate impact to key stakeholders including donors, partners, volunteers, and the community.
- Ensure marketing materials adhere to organisational guidelines and marketing ethics, especially when working with content related to children and youth.
- Gain exposure to crafting communications that highlight impact stories and outcomes within the social service sector.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Assist in managing and growing Boys’ Town’s social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with meaningful and purposeful content.
- Plan and create content for social media campaigns to build brand awareness and create engaging content to promote programmes, services, events, and impact stories.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop understanding of digital marketing tools and how online platforms drive outreach and engagement.
Event Support & Management
- Assist in the planning and execution of events (e.g. community events, outreach programmes).
- Support preparation of event collaterals, logistics coordination, and event publicity.
- Assist with on-site event operations such as set-up, registration, and coordination.
- Support post-event evaluation and documentation.
- Gain hands-on experience in event planning and stakeholder engagement within the social service sector.
