Average Qualifications & years of relevant experience
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- At least 3 years of direct payroll processing experience.
- Good understanding of the Employment Act.
- Good in record keeping (filing/documentation etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good initiative and able to work independently.
- Ability to work fast and handle pressure well.
