HIGHLIGHTS:
A Strength-based approach and adaptation of The Leadership Challenge and Servant Leadership Model, the program aims to help participants build confidence in speaking up, taking responsibility, and taking lead.
Through a series of mindfully curated adventure-based activities over 3-days, participants journey with our facilitators through multiple cycles of Experiential Learning (Concrete experience, Reflective observation, Abstract conceptualization, and Active experimentation) to discover what leadership means to them, along with their own strengths and weaknesses.
