• Review and support the maintenance of the volunteer management SOP
• Generate reports for management through Salesforce
• To recruit, manage, deploy and evaluate volunteers
• Maintain and develop the portfolio of corporate relationships
• Design and deliver a communication and contact strategy including fundraising events and annual initiatives
• Manage the department budget in line with the business plan and fundraising strategy
• Provide strong account management to maximize income for Boys' Town
• Develop strong pitches, submit grant-related documents and research potential sponsors to target
• Communicate partnerships-related briefings and announcements to the organization
• Responsible for the deployment and the application of the donor database management
• Act as an ambassador representing the organization at external events
• Promote and participate actively in all fundraising activities
• Any other duties reasonably assigned by the Community Partnerships Deputy Director or Manager
