On 22 February 2022, Boys’ Town hosted the Leadership Conversation Series – Multiple Strategic Partnerships Forum and Learning Journey supported by the Centre for Non-Profit Leadership (CNPL).

For the panel discussion, we were honoured to have three invited Panelists to share and exchange views on their collaborations with Boys’ Town in adventure programming, respite care, and clinical interventions. Strategic partnerships have always been an important aspect for non-profit organisations to leverage on one another’s strengths and resources to better serve our identified clients. These collaborations allowed Boys’ Town and the other agencies to extend our services beyond our current setting and to serve the wider range of clients through various initiatives.

The Learning Journey showcased Boys’ Town’s 6 Services and respective agencies’ Services. It was an informative walk-through session which allowed the guests to grasp a better understanding of the Services we provide.

During the event, we also took the opportunity to launch a new project – Our Milieu Project. This initiative strives to attract and retain a diverse set of professionals that share our commitments to provide relevant services and support, particularly in children and youth mental wellbeing.
