An anger management programme that seeks to educate participants to have a better understanding of themselves and their relationship with anger; empower them as they develop a network of mutual support with collective resources; and to equip them with healthy emotional regulation strategies.
Freediving, a form of breath-hold diving, is also introduced as a medium of intervention. The skills from freediving will be used as a transference of learning in the context of regulating their anger by conducting group work and psychoeducation to facilitate the learning.
Our Approach: Guided by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and utilises Adventure-Based learning, psychoeducation, and group work as tools of intervention.
Our Clients: Individuals aged 13 and above who face difficulties managing their anger.
This programme is part of Our Milieu Project.
